OK -- Another Valentine's Day has come and gone without any pressure to create any kind of "special day", or find a "perfect" gift. I celebrated by watching some decent television (some mindless; the rest thoughtful) and having my ration of chocolate by having some Trader Joe's "Powerberries" and a glass of wine. Then I had a great night's sleep.
Would I have preferred the pressure to create a "special day" if I had someone to share it with?
You could bet on that.
